ProStart and Pathways Boot Camp | $2,000

Scheduled in October, students participating in the state competition in March will spend the day with competition judges working on their menus and restaurant concepts, learning different plating techniques, and more. Students who do not wish to compete will attend the Pathways Track which will feature different communication and knife skills challenges and an industry panel. The day will also have education partners and a Food Science Demonstration.
